Return Policy

• The return period is 3 days from the date you receive your order.
• Only one return request is allowed per order. Once a return request is submitted, you cannot submit another return request for the same order number.
• The item must be shipped back to complete the return process.
• Refunds are processed after we receive the product and verify its condition. The amount will then be transferred to your account. This process may take up to 21 days at maximum.
• Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will be refunded through the same payment provider.
• International orders outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return.
• If your order includes a promotional offer or a free product, all items included in the offer must be returned in full in order to complete the refund.
• Bundle offers that include more than one product cannot be partially returned.
• The return policy does not apply to opened perfumes. Please test the fragrance using the included sample only before opening the perfume.

Exchange Policy

• The exchange period is 3 days from the date you receive your order.
• You must submit a return request first.
• The item must be shipped back to complete the exchange process.
• International shipments outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for exchange.
• Refunds are processed after we receive the product and verify its condition. The amount will then be transferred to your account. This process may take up to 21 days at maximum.
• Once the refund has been completed, you may place a new order for any perfume of your choice.
• The exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes. Please test the fragrance using the included sample only before opening the perfume.
